Contact the Capex Review Desk
How to reach the independent editorial team behind our review of Capex, and what you can reasonably expect from us.
Sponsor's copy tradingOur editorial obligation
We publish an independent editorial review of the broker Capex for readers in India. That work creates a duty we take seriously: to describe what we find accurately, to separate observation from opinion, and to correct the record when we get something wrong. This page explains how to reach the people responsible for that record and how we handle what you send us.
We are an editorial resource and nothing more. We are not the broker, we are not affiliated with the broker, and we do not provide financial services, accounts, deposits or advice. We cannot open an account for you, move money on your behalf, or intervene in any matter between you and the broker. What we can do is hear you out on the things that fall within our remit, which is the accuracy and fairness of what we publish.
Response times and working languages
Messages that reach the editorial desk are read in the order they arrive. We aim to acknowledge substantive correspondence within a small number of working days and to give a fuller reply, where one is warranted, within roughly two weeks. Corrections that touch on published facts are treated as a priority over general correspondence. Timelines are targets rather than guarantees, particularly when a query requires us to re-check source material or seek clarification from a third party.
The desk reads and writes in English and in the principal languages of our Indian readership, including Hindi. If you write in another language, we will do our best to understand you, but a reply may take longer or may come back in English. Please write plainly and include enough context for us to act, because a message we cannot follow is a message we cannot answer well.
Press and partnership enquiries
Journalists, researchers and editors who wish to cite our work, request context on a published review, or discuss editorial collaboration are welcome to write to the desk through the contact form on this site. Please state your outlet, your deadline and the specific material you are asking about. We answer press queries as promptly as we can, but we do not comment on individual users, accounts or transactions, and we do not confirm or deny anything that would breach a reader's privacy.
On partnerships, our position is simple. We accept no payment, commission or incentive in exchange for coverage, ratings or placement, and any arrangement that would compromise the independence of a review is declined. If you represent a commercial entity and are unsure whether your proposal crosses that line, describe it and we will tell you plainly. We would rather say no early than blur the distinction between editorial judgement and commercial interest that our readers rely on.
Factual corrections
If you believe something we have published about Capex is factually wrong, tell us. Use the contact form on this site, identify the article and the specific statement at issue, and explain what the correct position is and how you know. Screenshots, dated records and links to primary sources help considerably, because we verify before we amend. We will look at the point on its merits, not on the seniority or persistence of the person raising it.
Where we agree that an error has been made, we correct it and note the change on the page so readers can see that our record has moved. Where we conclude that our original statement stands, we will say so and explain our reasoning. We do not remove accurate reporting because it is unwelcome, and we do not alter a review to suit a commercial interest. That consistency is the whole point of the exercise.
Complaints and broker support
Complaints about this site itself, including how we handled a correction request, a privacy question or a piece of correspondence, should be sent through the same contact form and marked clearly as a complaint. Set out what happened, what you expected and what outcome you are seeking. Complaints are reviewed separately from routine correspondence so that they receive a considered answer rather than a quick reply, and we will tell you what we have decided and why.
For anything concerning your account, deposits, withdrawals, orders, statements, verification or the conduct of the broker, you must go to Capex directly through its own official support channels. We cannot access accounts, escalate tickets, chase withdrawals or act as an intermediary, and we will redirect such requests rather than handle them ourselves. Our role is limited to reviewing the broker in public and keeping that review honest; the service relationship, if you choose to have one, is between you and the broker alone.
