What is this site, and who runs it?

You have probably arrived here while comparing brokers before opening an account, and you want to know who is behind the page you are reading. This site is an independent editorial resource that publishes reviews and commentary about the broker Capex for readers in India. It is written and maintained by an editorial team that works separately from the broker.

We are not Capex. We do not operate it, own it, or act on its behalf, and we have no role in the accounts, deposits, orders or support it provides. Nothing on this site is a financial service, an offer to open an account, a place to send money, or a recommendation to trade. We publish writing about a broker; we do not act as one.

The site is not regulated or licensed as a financial business, and no regulator or public body has approved or endorsed it. Any review you read here is editorial opinion based on the information available to us at the time of writing.

Can I copy or republish what I read here?

You may read, quote briefly, and link to our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you credit this site and do not alter the meaning of what you quote. Sharing a link with someone who is comparing brokers is fine.

You may not copy whole articles or substantial parts of them, republish them on another site, put them in a newsletter or paid product, or use them to build a competing review resource without our written permission. You may not strip our name from the material, edit it to say something we did not write, or present it as your own work.

Names, logos and brand identifiers that appear on this site, including the Capex name, belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the subject of our writing. Their appearance here does not mean the owner sponsors, approves or is connected with this site, and it gives you no right to use those marks yourself.

Is this personalised advice for me?

No. Everything on this site is general editorial material written for a broad audience. It is not tailored to your income, your debts, your experience, your goals or your tolerance for risk, and it should not be read as if it were.

We do not tell you whether to open an account, what to buy or sell, how much to deposit, or which product suits you. Those decisions belong to you, and where the stakes are high you should speak to a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Trading and investing can lose money, and past results or published features tell you nothing certain about what will happen next.

We work to keep our reviews accurate and current, but broker terms, fees and features change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Check the broker's own documents before you rely on anything.

Who can use this site, and from where?

The site is intended for adults who are able to enter into binding agreements under the law that applies to them. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please do not use the site.

We write for readers in India, and the material is prepared with that audience in mind. If you are reading from somewhere else, it is your responsibility to check whether accessing this kind of content is lawful where you are, and whether the broker you are reading about is permitted to serve you. We make no claim that the site or its content suits anyone outside India.

Access is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we may restrict access where we consider it necessary.

What about links to other sites, and how far are we liable?

Some pages link to websites we do not control, including the broker's own site. Those links are there for convenience and reference. We do not run those sites, we do not endorse everything they say, and we are not responsible for their content, their security, their availability or how they handle your data. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy practices of the destination apply, so read them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of this site or from reliance on what you read here, including decisions you make about a broker, an account or a trade. This includes indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Questions about these terms or about reuse of our material can be sent through the contact form on this site.
